Is there a way of finding all repeated names in a document?
Is there a way of finding all repeated names in a document all at once? I

If the document is a list, sort it into alphabetical order then search for
duplicate lines - see http://www.gmayor.com/replace_using_wildcards.htm If not, then the answer is no. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Margot Alnwick wrote: Is there a way of finding all repeated names in a document all at once?
