Help with making a booklet

I'm trying to print a booklet - an 8 1/2 x 11 - 1 page on each side -
I have a Brother HL 4070CDW printer that is a duplex printer. When I try to
print it out using the duplex option it still prints the first page the
corresponding page on top of it...How do I get the page to print correctly?
I could really use help here - I thought it would be so much easier.
