Default Saving multiple files as html

I have a user who has received approximatly 1000 word files, she wants to
convert them to HTML for use in an online manual.
Is there a FAST way to do this other than opening each one and doing a file
save as html?

Any suggestions would be great!

You'd need a macro to do this. As a starting point on "how to do
something to a bunch of files", try the following:

How to Find & ReplaceAll on a batch of documents in the same folder (by
