Default Anchors, Frames and Text Boxes

Is there a web utility that explains the similarities and
uses of Anchors, Frames and Text Boxes? Any and all
suggestions welcome.

You might look at "WD2000: General Information About Floating Objects" at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=268713 and "The draw layer: a
metaphysical space (and how to bring it back down to earth)" at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/DrwGrphcs/DrawLayer.htm
