SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Word 2002 and in Microsoft Word 2003, the Faxes document-type
setting is not available in the Mail Merge Wizard or in the Main Document
Type dialog box. In addition, the Merge to Fax button on the Mail Merge
toolbar is unavailable (appears dimmed).
The Workaround solution giving to this problem is to subscribe to a fax
service.
I have a modem in my computer and want to use it in order to fax 250 faxes
to 250 users from a mail merge letter.
Did any one have a real solution to this problem?
I have win xp pro and office 2003 in my computer.
The windows fax is working properly in my system.
