Default Printing 6X9 Envelope to HP4000TN w/Envelope Feeder

I am trying to print 6" x 9" envelopes from Word 2003 through an HP4000TN
printer with a 75-envelope feeder. Word works. the HP wrinter works, the
envelope feeder works.

The HP software driver seems to limit me, however to just 5 pre-determined
envelope sizes: Com10, Monarch, B5, C5 & DL, for the 75-envelope feeder.
Sending any envelope created as a Word "custom" (e.g. 6"X9") size causes the
printer to route the request from the envelope feeder, to "Tray 3" which is a
regular paper tray. Sending an envelope using any of the 5 sizes (above)
works correctly and the envelope is driven through the feeder. Word will
also drive an envelope using any of the 5 options, through the envelope
feeder onto a 6X9 envelope without a problem as well (other than adress and
return address lining up correctly.)

Is there any way to take a custom size and either edit it, or save it "as"
one the 5 options that the printer driver seem to "expect" (i.e. edit and
overwrite one of the exiting 5 options) instead of sending envelopes through
as "custom" which the printer driver doesn't seem to acknowledge?

THANKS SO MUCH FOR SUGGESTIONS!
