Default Text marked with "do not check spelling or grammer" was skipped.

I am using Office 2007 and the help for fixing this problem didn't help
because they said to highlight the doc and click on "Tools", and I don't see
a "Tools" button in 2007.

In 2007, after selecting the whole document (for which you can use the
shortcut Ctrl+A), click the Review ribbon, go to the Proofing group on
the left end, and click the Set Language button. That button doesn't
have a text label; it shows a green globe and a red check mark.
