Creating new style
I created a new style for Title, chapter, etc. with the names and everything
but, I have two questions: (1) Why when I try to apply the new style to other documents the style I created doesn't show? (2) When I try to create a Table of Contents it says that I don't have any style done in the document. when I apply the style I created? Thanks in advanced! |

You have probably saved the style to the document in which you created it.
Instead, you need to check the option to save with the templates so that all documents using the template have the style. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "Arias" wrote in message ... Creating new style
It depends to some extent on what version of Word you have.

In that case, you choose the "New documents based on this template" button
in the Modify Style dialog. -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA http://word.mvps.org "EW_Zuki" wrote in message ... Sorry. Word 2007. "Suzanne S.
