Default Shift + F3 case toggle isn't working on my wireless keyboard

I just installed a MS Wireless Natural Multimedia keyboard (and mouse) and I
can't get the Word Shift +F3 Case toggle to work. I tried disabling Redo (the
F3 hot key) but that didn't work. Any Ideas?

Do any of your function keys operate correctly? Does pressing the
F-Lock button make them work?

If you would like to permanently disable all the interfering alternate
meanings and let the function keys operate the way they should, visit
