printing problems
Since it's highly unlikely that Word's Print dialog is defaulting to a Zoom
setting (unless a FilePrint or FilePrintDefault macro is hijacking the command), I would suggest looking for a similar setting in your printer Properties. -- Suzanne S. printing problems [Word2007 B2]
Hi Bill,
Is this with all documents or just one? Can you describe what you're seeing as regards 'many sections' that are repeating? Are these new documents or ones you created in an earlier version? If you use File[Office Button]=Save as PDF does the PDF file have the same problem? =========== "Bill Harrington" wrote in message ... when I print in word 2007, my document is divided up into many sections saying the same thing over and over...I have tried 2 printers and set the properties on both... -- Bob Buckland ?:-) MS Office System Products MVP *Courtesy is not expensive and can pay big dividends* |

printing problems
Hi,
I encounter a problem when printing a document. It always makes a zoom when printing and the dialog box writes my margins are bad before printing even they're not. I looked in the Zoom setting in my printer properties. It appears even I want my printer to set to the paper's scale and set the setting to 1 page for each sheet it doesn't work. I was able to convert to PDF and the printing worked well but I also would like the printing on Word 2007 working... I guess help could be useful Thanks, Gaspard Lachappelle |

printing problems
I forgot to mention that I'm using a HP PSC 1350 printer and that it worked
this morning and the problem occured after, perhaps a bad manipulation... Please Help, it's quiet urgent! "Gaspard Lachappelle" wrote: Hi, I encounter a problem when printing a document.
