I copied infromation from a web site and pasted it into WORD. I then added
my own additional text in red. It shows up in the print preview but when I
print the document the text that I added in does not print out? I have
searched , attempted and after hours am now completely frustrated -- any
ideas???

What did you save the file as?
A Word document or a web page.

Thanks for the helpful solution but after amny hours of continuing effort I
switched printers and here it seems that my color ink was low although it
did not register --- duhhh. After all that time but I will keep in mind mind
your possible solution for next time -- thanks!!!
