How do I reformat currency merged from Access query
When merging currency fields formatted as such in an Access query to a Word
mail merge document the field is displayed with out the currency sign and from 0 to 8 decimal places. How can I correct this please, I can find nothing on the help screens. |

Use a formatting switch on the field -

Sounds like a mistake in the query. Post the actual SQL statement.
