need text to auto insert in different places
I need to have text appear automatically in different places in word as I
type. The template I have created is used to respond to different people. In other words, if their name is in the greeting, it will appear in the body of the letter also. I would prefer not to use field codes. |

How can I enter something once in a document and have it repeat elsewhere? http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
