Default How can I change the size & location of a picture I am inserting?

I am trying to insert a logo for my company on a Word document. I used to
see little points around the pictures I copied and I could resize them and
also change the location. There used to be a green point on top as well, so
I could roate the picture as well. I am not seeing this with my new version
of windows. Is there a way for me to set it up?
