Default Automatic Hyphenation in Word 2007?

How do I get automatic hyphenation to be the default in Word? I like my text
to be justified and hyphenated. Hopefully without having to turn hyphenation
on for every document.

Enable the automatic hyphenation in a template, and use that template
whenever you need to create a document that should be automatically
hyphenated.
