Adding a header and footer to a letter
Hi
We have multiple documents with the same company header & footer. Each time the header changes we have to change every style. Is there any way to to have a style header & footer in a document and insert this into each style. So I only have to change one style and all letters are changed. Thanks for any help. Graham |

Adding a header and footer to a letter
Create an AutoText entry for the contents of the header and footer. Then
insert AUTOTEXT fields in the header and footer. To update headers and footers, redefine their AutoText entries. Alternatively, store the contents as bookmarked items in a separate document and use INCLUDETEXT fields to insert the contents wherever you need it. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Graham" wrote: Hi We have multiple documents with the same company header & footer.
