Hi all

At the moment, when I go to save or open it defaults to the last place I
used (eg if I save into the C drive/my documents it will default to this
position next time I go save as)

Is there a way of changing the settings so it always defaults to a specified
folder?

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi rexmann,

No. Word always looks in the last folder you used.
The default can be set in Tools | Options... | tab File Locations |
Documents, but as soon as you navigate to a different folder the default
stops applying.
Which you probably already knew.
