Default "update date and time stamp" with date smart tag

I have a suggestion: have the smart tag on dates give you an option to
"update date and time". When this is selected, the date/time stamp should
update to the current value. I would find this helpful because I often
create new documents from old ones, and this would be an easier way to update
the dates.

If you use CreateDate fields, when you use SaveAs and then update the fields
they will show the date for the new file. Best solution is to use templates
with such a field as the basis for new documents. This automatically updates
when the new document is created and then remains fixed.

See http://addbalance.com/word/datefields1.htm for information on the
different kinds of datefields and how to format them.
