Default Newbie is lost in Tables

I made a table.

I added more columns on the right side but, since it only prints in the
portrait setup, those columns are cut off. How can I get the table to print
in landscape mode?

Also, somehow there is no grid to outline the columns and rows. How can I
make the grid visible?

Thanks

Walter
