Default stop one document from rotating with the other in a split screen

In a split screen I want the document on one side not to rotate with the
document on the other side.

I've never seen documents rotate in Word, so it's not at all clear to me
what you mean. Can you provide some simple steps to replicate what you're
doing? Once we understand what's happening, then we can say whether there is
a work-around.
