Default New Cover Sheet

I created a cover sheet with only headers and footers. How do I save
this to the built in cover sheet form?
Thanks,

Default New Cover Sheet

To create a cover page, add the desired contents to a page, select them, and
then click Insert tab | Cover Page | Save Selection to Cover Page Gallery.

Note, however, that you cannot include header and footer contents in a cover
page. What you can do is save headers to the header gallery, and footers to
the footer gallery.
