Default drawing lines in a table

My agency has just upgraded to Word 2003. In the previous version, I could
draw lines in a table to split rows and/or columns; a very useful function.
I can't seem to find that ability (toolbar) in this version of Word. Am I
missing something?

You should be able to click View Toolbars Tables and Borders.

You can also place the Draw and Erase buttons on any other toolbar. See
