Default Word 2007 indexing bug causes corrupted file

In the index dialog, after I use AutoMark to access a concordance file to
index my document with a modest 2000 index entries, after saving my file in
Word 2007 format, the document becomes corrupted whenever I re-load it back
into word.

It appears that random section breaks occur throughout the document. It is
reproducible. How can I submit a bug report?
