Default Word 2000 vs Word 2003

Hi,

I just started a new tech writing job and found Word 2000 there as my
primary tool.

I want to convince the company, if appropriate, to go to Word 2003.

Where can I see a good comparison of the difference in features between the
two versions?

(I noticed one improvement: the Reviewing feature has improved in tables.
When I change a part of the text in a table cell, Word 2000 would consider
the entire cell changed. With Word 2002 at least, which I have at home, the
individual, changed words within that cells are now, correctly, considered
discrete changes.)

Oh, and if I get Word 2003, but the rest of the company stays with Word
2000, will they have problems reading my docs unless I 'Save As' Word 2000?

thanks,

-john
