We find occasionally that the return address field in
envelopes appears as "O*,**,*False". If you delete it, it
can still return. We are on Windows 2000 and Office
2000. Does anyone know how to remove this permanently?

Also, why are some of the Newsgroups not available now??

Which newsgroups? (The word.general newsgroup hasn't existed for a long
time.)
