Default Inserting a word document inside another word document?

I have a series of documented processes that I would like to include in our
Department Handbook. The processes are lengthy table files, set to
landscape, and are in word. The Handbook is in portrait. Is there a way to
insert a "smaller" version of the other files so that I can include them?

Thanks!

You can include them just the way they are. Just insert a Next Page section
break before you insert them.
