Microsoft WORD 2003, How do I know which envelope size to use to print on an
envelope 5 1/2x7 1/4 inches, when the sizes under Tools-envelopes are in mm.

That's an oddball size envelope. You'll probably have to set up a custom
size.

5 1/2 X 25.4 = 139.7 mm
7 1/4 X 25.4 = 184.15 mm
Select the closest.
