It depends on what you really want to do.
If you are currently using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 you can find instructions he http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/po...CH063500691033 In Microsoft PowerPoint 2007: 1. If you want to save the outline go to the Office Button Save As Other Formats. On "Save As Type" select Outline / RTF 2. If you want to make handouts in Microsoft Word, go to the Office Button Publish Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word -- Chester C. I would like to have the whole word document look like the slides in
powerpoint, not just the notes. What can I do now? "ChesterCoronel" wrote: It depends on what you really want to do. We usee that here for one of our slides shows. All they do is print the
slides. No conversion - just hit print. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] ~~~~~ How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 "gypsy nation" wrote in message ...
