Default Can I convert a Powerpoint Doc. into a word doc.?

I've completed a whole training manual in Powerpoint, is there anyway I can
convert it into a word document now that it is finished?

It depends on what you really want to do.

If you are currently using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 you can find
instructions he

In Microsoft PowerPoint 2007:

1. If you want to save the outline go to the Office Button Save As Other
Formats. On "Save As Type" select Outline / RTF

2. If you want to make handouts in Microsoft Word, go to the Office Button
Publish Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word

I would like to have the whole word document look like the slides in
powerpoint, not just the notes. What can I do now?

We usee that here for one of our slides shows. All they do is print the
slides. No conversion - just hit print.
