Default email names

i want to put more than one name in my email list. do i have to put there name
every time i use it.

I am not really sure what you are wanting to do, but if it is to execute a
merge to email, mailmerge can only handle one email address per record. If
you want to use multiple addressees for each record then you would need to
create a "roll-your-own" equivalent to Mailmerge and the method and code in
the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at

could be modified to do that.
