Default Records Missing from Access Query

I'm mailmerging from a query in Access 2003. There are 420 records to
mailmerge, but only 123 of those are merging. There's a large memo field in
the query. Can't get the others to mailmerge. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.

From the Tools menu in Word, select Options and then on the General tab,
check the box against "Confirm conversions at open."

Then when you attach the data source to the mail merge main document, try
the DDE method of connection. It is older technology, but may overcome your
problem.
