Default Link fields / information within a Word Document

Sorry all if this is a question/problem that was already answered. I
looked at many posting but did not find the answer or what I tried did
not work. I am using Word 2002 with Windows XP.

I am trying to setup a Word template where users would fill in some
fields (Recipient_Name, Company Name, etc.) as displayed within "[ ]"
below. As you can see the information is then used in other areas of
the document, and I would like users to only enter the info once and
automaticaly populate to other area used. I tried "ASK", "FILL",
"MACROBUTTON" (without a macro assigned) fields, in conjunction with
Bookmarks, Cross-references, nothing seems to work as I would want/
expect. I know it is possible, but cannot figure-out the trick.

You help is very much appreciated. Any postings or pages on the web
where samples are posted is welcome.

Thanks.
