Default how can I split each page of a file and save them in a seprated file?

I have a file containing 200 pages .and I want to save each page in a
seprated file.It will take a long time to folow copy/paste instraction to do
this,I would like to know if there is a more simple way to split/cut/copy
each pages of the file and saving them in seprated files?
