Hiding the paragraph mark
I am growing very frustrated. I am reasonably computer savvy, but I can
not figure out how hide the paragraph mark. I have used the hide/show button, it does nothing except hide or reveal the OTHER formatting marks such as the spaces, tabs, etc. The paragraph marks remain. Somehow, this has become a default and it's doing it on all my pages. I have tried searching for help, but everything seems to show only the "use the hide button". I am using Microsoft 2002, and this is a recent thing that has happened within the past 3 weeks. Thank you for any advice you can give. |

I always leave my paragraph marks showing. The Show/Hide determines which of the non-printing marks that are _not_ checked are shown. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
