Default Keystrokes for visually impaired

I am helping visually impaired seniors. Ctrl F1 will display the Task pane
but what keystroke will make it the focus?
Thanks
Di

Default Keystrokes for visually impaired

See Words online help on "Keyboard shortcuts". Below the heading "Menus,
toolbars, task panes, and dialog boxes" you will find "Access and use task
panes" - the item includes a long list of shortcuts related to the use of
task panes, e.g.:

F6
Move to a task pane from another pane in the program window. (You may need
to press F6 more than once.)
