why content shrink to the left up side with normal page set up
My margin set up is normal (1" on eacho side), but the the content always
shrink to the left up side of the page automatically, leaving a hage margin on the right and the bottom? what is the problem? |

Most likely the document contains "markup" (tracked changes or comments). If
a document contains even a single comment, the entire document will print shrunken that way to allow margin space for the "balloons." If you are not intentionally printing (or including) markup, you can either print from Final view (on the Reviewing toolbar), choose "Document" rather than "Document with markup" in the Print dialog, or remove all the markup using Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document. -- Suzanne S.
