I have set up a mail merge document (in Word 2000) in which I use the form
field {ask}. When I merge this document the menu bar and all the toolbars
disappear. I cannot access them through any keyboard shortcuts. The menu and
toolbars are there when I open any other documents and, if I remove {ask}
from the document the toolbars reappear! I have tried all the solutions I
could find on the internet but none of them seem to work!

Please Help!!!!
