Default font for legal symbols

Is there a font in Windows 2003 that includes the legal symbol used to
represent the word "Section", as in "Section 4-13 of the US Penal Code"? It
looks like a double S.

Default font for legal symbols

All fonts include that symbol. It's at character 00A7.
