I have mail merged my contacts that have been put into an excel spreadsheet
and everything looks good when I preview my labels. When I click the next page of labels my second contact moves over to the first spot and they all shift. When I go to print I will have over 300+ of the very last contact because they are only shifting. I want each page to be a new set of contacts and not shift. I have over 300 contacts and would like 1 label for each one of them, how do I fix this with out typing it in manually? Example of first page of labels: To: Josif Rozenblat 2 R Development Group LLC 5415 NE 2nd Ct Renton, WA 98059 To: Bob Ford 3 Square Feet LLC 135 Lake St S #272 Kirkland, WA 98033 To: Annette Demps A & D Quality Const Co LLC 220 SW Sunset Blvd #E202 Renton, WA 98055 Example of 2nd page of labels: To: Bob Ford 3 Square Feet LLC 135 Lake St S #272 Kirkland, WA 98033 To: Annette Demps A & D Quality Const Co LLC 220 SW Sunset Blvd #E202 Renton, WA 98055 To: Robert Pantley A Better Way Inc 5740 127th Ave NE Kirkland, WA 98033-8741 -- Kristina |

You are not actually executing the merge, just previewing the results.
See the article "Mail Merge to Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Hope this helps.
