text alignment
Every time i open a new document the text align is in the center, i want it
to be left align. How do i set the default to left align. Thank You |

Thank You You have gotten the single paragraph in the Normal.dot template (the basis for blank documents) set to center alignment. To fix the problem: - Open the Normal.dot template as described in the section "The simplest fix: cleaning up the Normal template" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...ocNotBlank.htm. - Change the paragraph alignment to left-aligned by clicking the button on the toolbar or by going through the Format Paragraph dialog. - If the Undo button on the toolbar is grayed out, you'll have to make sure that Word "knows" that it has to save the template.
