Default Word:Any keyboard shortcuts to Accept Change and Next while Review

Using the mouse to advance to Next change and Accept or Reject them is too
slow and cumbersome; are there any keyboard shortcuts?

There are no built-in shortcuts but you can create your own.

If you're not sure of the commands you want to shortcut, one way to do it is
to ...

Press Ctrl+Alt+(numeric keypad Plus)
Click on the Toolbar Icon
The Customize Keyboard Dialog will open at the right command.

Open Tools | Customize and select the Commands tab. In the All Commands
category, scroll down to ToolsReviewRevisions. Drag this to your Reviewing
toolbar (you'll need to provide an icon, as it doesn't have one, or you can
leave it as a text button). This will open the familiar dialog that allows
you to skip from one change to the next.
