I want to print out a few CD jewel-case covers (front and rear
w/side-flap for the title) and I was wondering if someone has (or knows
of a website where I can download from) a template for this in Word?

Word is not the best application for preparing CD covers. Publisher is much
better and Surething CD labeller www. surething.com superb.

If you wish to persevere and do this in Word then you should create a table
with the cells sizes measured from a CD cover in yoir possession.
