Default Can I create a fixed form in word and add in text?

I have a questionairre in word that I would like to be able to type answers
in to without moving the existing texts and lines, is it possible to do this
with a word doc, similar to the way you may fill in contact info on a form
on a website?

Tables work very well for this. For something more elaborate, look into what
Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For more about online
forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
