Default how can I carry out a find and replace within a Word header

I regularly carry out extensive find and replace operations within Word
documents while I am making customised document sets from a baseline template
set. I have recorded a macro to do this within each document (all 225 of
them - one by one!) but I cannot get the macro to work within the header.

Is possible to get a macro to work within a header, or a find and replace?

Idealy - Is it possible to carry out a find and replace within all 225
documents at once, both within the body and the header, without having to
manually open each document?
