Default how to use the submit button in a web form

I am trying to use the submit button at the end of a form so that anyone who
is filling out the form can instantly send it to my email address. The form
should be displayed on the web. what i've received in my mail box up to now
is ascii code and unrecognisable type of attachment files.
Any ideas?

Ask this in a newsgroup that deals with web forms. You're unlikely to get an
answer in a group devoted to Word for Windows document management.
