Default AutoText Word 2003

Can anyone help please/

I notice that Autotext entries are stored locally. Is there a way to store
them so that I can access them when I log on to another PC in my office?

Thank you in advance.

It depends on how your network is setup and whether you are accessing your
own profile - apparently not?
However you could save them in a global template accessible to all users on
the network if all point to the same Word startup folder.
