How to hide repeated text in mailmerge
I am preparing a zip sorted address list as
zip lname, fname When there are repeated zips, I want the subsequent ones hidden. How do I hide these? I'm using Word 2003 |

What you need is a Catalogue/Directory mailmerge with sorted data.
