Default automatically underline every other row

i have a large real estate document each monthwhich needs to have every
other row underlined, because 2 rows make a complete data set, not just one
row. I need the line under every other row to delineate the data sets. I can
not figure out how to do this task excep manually, which is created overuse
of my forearm muscles!

If 'row' means table row, define a table style and set the border for the
'even row stripes' (or 'odd row stripes' if you have a header row).
