Default can you move a text watermark?

I am trying to write a large document and write draft. I went to
Format~background~text watermarks. And it entered Draft for me but my picture
is covering it up (and the text) how can I get it where you can see the word
draft but also see the text? I have not used watermarks before and this is
for work. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

View | Header and Footer. Drag the watermark where you want it (but note
that it will be in the same place on every page).
