I can get the "Envelope Setup" label (not an icon) in my toolbar, but it is
grayed out. How do I get a simple "Print Envelope/Label" usable icon on the

If what you want is quicker access to the Tools | Letters and Mailings |
Envelopes and Labels dialog, the command you need to drag to a toolbar is
Envelopes and Labels from the Tools category (or ToolsEnvelopesAndLabels
from All Commands), which has an envelope icon. There is also a
ToolsCreateEnvelope command in All Commands. I would imagine that the
Envelope Setup button would be usable only when you are already in the
Envelope dialog.
