I bought Microsoft office at school and now word won't start when I click on
it from the start up menu or a short cut. Why? |

Microsoft word problem
Absolutely nothing. The hour glass pops up for a split second then nothing.
It doesn't load. And I've waited for a long time, a few hours, for it to load. For some reason I can only open it when I open a saved document.
